工作描述:
Key Accountabilities:
Provision workstation (account, laptop, mobile). User account administration and configuration.
Support end user and remotely to remotely to resolve IT related issue.
Liaise with vendors and responsible for IT support, and all aspects of desktop PCs, notebooks, printers and other peripherals which includes implementation, patching, installation and configuration.
Adopt a proactive stance in ensuring all personnel at the primary facility receive comprehensive IT support, in collaboration with the IT department to guarantee efficient operational support.
Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams or vendors where necessary.
Facilitate network/ server system upgrades and other testing that needs to be completed after normal business hours if needed.
Installation of network equipment, servers, monitor network bandwidth and utilization, or perform data cabling management are to be expected.
Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
Document the reasons and solution on all system, application downtime.

Technical Skills, experience and knowledge:
Diploma in Computer science or IT related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT-helpdesk or Infrastructure field.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, such as DNS, storage and networking.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration.
Proven skills in troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management.
Ability to creatively, decisively and solve problems.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Ability to manage workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Willingness to learn new IT technologies.
Concept on Microsoft Enterprise Product Suite and Active Directory administration is preferable.
Enjoying interacting and communication with people, and maintaining good rapport with our in-house dept, suppliers and end-users.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
