工作描述：
Job Descriptions:
• Lead and coach a team engaged in logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, order fulfillment and customer service etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Quality, Planning, Procurement, Sales and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations.
• Develop continuous improvement projects to improve performance and meet customer needs.
• Oversee and guarantee the safety of on-site operation of 3PL.
• Make and monitor the annual budget in your filed.
• Communicate the warehouse performance regularly

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Chemicals, Business or a related field of study.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or related environment at least 3 years.
• Strong written & reading English skills and basic oral skills.
• Proficiency in SAP /WMS and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel .
• Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
