Summary
负责日常模具&夹具&检具的维修、装配和调试及备件的管理，确保生产正常运行；
Be responsible for mold & fixture & gauge assembly setting up Sub-parts management, and keep production running as normal;

职责
Responsibilities
1. 负责日常模具&夹具&检具的维修、装配和调试，以及模具保养，确保生产的正常运行；
Working for daily Tools management including molds & fixture & gauge assembly setting up Sub-parts management, and support production running as normal;
2. 负责各类模具、夹具及设备部件的制作，及备品备件的管理
Responsible for making the part of the fixture, molds and machine, and manage the spare part.
3. 负责工装、模具的维修维护，及备件尺寸标准化的管理；
Responsible for the repair and maintenance for the molds and fixture, and standardize the spare part;
4. 负责针对维修维护的历史数据进行分析，并制定相应的改善改进方案；
Responsible for making the data analysis to create the relate improvement action.
5. 支持生产冲压工序调试及安装，配合冲压工程师解决生产过程中的各种模具问题；
Support punching operation to set up and solve the problem with punch engineer.
6. 支持生产过程中的样品制作及相关调试工作；
Support setting up of the other special machine;
7. 领导安排的其他工作；
Other task from leader;

任职资格Post qualification

1. 学历 Education Background
◆大专学历 College degree
2. 专业 Major
◆机械相关类 Mechanical
★熟练操作电脑。Be proficient in using computer (Word, Excel).
3.经验 Experience
★3年以上车铣磨等加工设备操作经验。
At least 3 years operating experience in milling machine.
★3年以上设备维护工作经验。
At least 3 years working experience in equipment maintenance.
4.    个人素质 Personality
★具有强烈的责任心；有创新精神；具有较强的自学能力和沟通能力；有良好的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度。
Have a strong sense of responsibilities; be innovative; good at self-learning and communication; a good team player and have proactive working attitude.
