Accountabilities:
•Assist line manager to develop and manage policies of the company to ensure a smooth administration operation.
协助直线经理制定和管理公司政策,确保行政运作顺利进行。
•Manage the vendors for air tickets, hotel, business car services etc to ensure such services in place and well function.
管理机票、酒店、 商务车 服务等供应商,以确保此类服务到位并运作良好
•Provide sufficient support to colleagues travelling including travel tickets, transfers, accommodation when required.
为出差的同事提供足够的支持,包括机票、接送、住宿等
•Provide sufficient support to expatriates of the company including their family members. Including visa, WP/RP.
为公司的外籍员工(包括其家庭成员)提供足够的支持。包括签证、工作许可和居留许可。
•Manage the reception area effectively including guest reception, courier’s reception and dispatch, visitor’s PPE distribution, coffee area maintain etc.
管理接待区,包括客人接待、快递员的接待和调度、 访客的个人防护装备 分发、 咖啡区的维护等。
•Provide sufficient support to visitors including reception, accommodation and etc.
为访客提供足够的支持,包括接待、住宿等。
•Develop 5s policy and manage the office and public area of the office building,manage all the door keys
制定5S政策,管理办公楼的办公和公共区域5S,保管钥匙。
•Manage the vendors for shuttle bus, catering services etc to ensure such services in place and well function.
管理班车、餐饮服务等供应商,确保这些服务到位并运作良好
•Manage the company car and shuttle bus effectively to meet business needs.
管理公司用车和穿梭巴士,满足业务需求,优化路线。
•Manage the canteen vendor effectively to ensure they provide clean dining area, healthy, quality food and no major food safety affair
管理食堂供应商,确保他们提供干净的用餐区、健康、优质的食物,并且没有重大的食品安全事件
•Organize activities in Canteen, to improve people satisfaction.
开展餐厅及班车相关活动,提高员工满意度。
•Manage the reception area effectively including guest reception, courier’s reception and dispatch visitor’s PPE,name card etc.
协助管理前台工作,包括客户接待,快递收发,访客鞋服发放,名片打印等。
•Manage the storage for department goods to ensure availability and cleanliness at all times.
管理部门货物的存储,有清晰的台账,以确保始终的安全库存和清洁。
•Co-operate with other department if required to accomplish relevant company target.
如有需要,与其他部门合作,完成公司相关目标。
•Other administrative tasks or special projects assigned by the Admin Manager.
行政经理分配的其他管理任务或特殊项目。
•Communicate with the relevant government officials effectively.
与相关政府官员进行有效沟通。
•Arrange SAP orders and payments for Admin department to make sure all external services paid remain operational.
安排SAP订单和付款, 以确保所有支付的外部服务保持正常运行。

•Bachelor’s degree or above;
本科及以上学历。
•At least 2 years’ experience in administration management.
2年以上行政管理经验
Professional qualifications required:

•Familiar with administration routines and management.

•Fluent English, can communicate effectively with senior management of the company and the global team.
流利的英语,能与公司高层及全球团队有效沟通。
•Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point
