Job Responsibilities 具体职责:
1. Organize and manage production 组织和管理生产
- Fully responsible for the management of production operation, organization and arrangement 全面负责生产运作安排、组织和管理工作
- Production scheduling, management, control and improve productivity 进行生产调度、管理、控制和提高生产效率
- Comply with WI to get qualified performance (Quality + Cost + Delivery + Safety Management) 遵守WI获得合格的绩效(质量+成本+交付+安全管理)
- Set up and implement site management system (Include 6S), and implement standardized production workshop management建立与执行现场管理制度(包括6S), 实施生产车间标准化管理
- Responsible for implementation of production safety system, carry out regular safety inspection 负责落实各项生产安全制度,开展经常性安全检查
- To supervise the implementation of relevant rules and regulations and operating procedure standards within the scope under the jurisdiction of duties 监督执行所管辖职责范围内的相关规章制度和作业程序标准
2. Support continuous improvement of line 支持生产区域的持续改进
- Organize morning meetings, weekly and monthly meetings, summarize all issues, supervise and assist the improvement 组织晨会、周会以及月度会议, 汇总所有问题和协助改进
- Give feedback as soon as possible about production issue,Provide adequate time and human resource support for improvement ***时间反馈生产问题,并提供足够时间和人力资源支持改进
- Organize and induct team member make CIP for operation, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customers’ requirements 组织和引导团队成员应用CIP改进操作、 降低生产成本、提高产品质量和满足客户需求
- Participate in the analysis of product quality problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures 参与产品质量问题的分析,制订并实施纠正和预防措施
- Responsible for the timely handling and follow-up of various abnormal production problems, including (Quality exception, material exception, personnel coordination, equipment failure...) 负责生产各种异常问题的及时处理和跟进,包括(品质异常,物料异常,人员协调,设备故障…)

3. Staff management 员工管理
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and subordinate staff management, guidance, training and assessment 负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估
- Lead operator's work regularly; evaluate their skills and performance 引导关键操作者的工作; 评估他们的技能和绩效
- Use various incentive methods to guide the staff to work in a team and actively 运用各种激励方法,引导员工团队合作和积极工作
4. Other work其他工作
- Timely communication, solve production process of emergency及时沟通,解决生产过程发生的突发事件
- Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor完成主管交办的其他事务
Educational Background (Language)教育背景要求:
College degree and above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields 大专及以上学历、机电及相关专业
Job Relevant Knowledge 工作技能要求:
- Computer literate in Excel, word 基本的电脑操作, 填写excel表格, 书写word文档
- Good English is a plus 英语口语交流加分
- At least one manufacturing experience (Electron beam welding + Hardening + Grinding + Turning) 至少一种制造工艺经验(电子束焊接+淬火+磨削+车削)
- Familiar with production planning, production progress management. 熟悉生产计划,生产进度管理
Work Experience 工作经验要求:
- 5 years machining production management experience, familiar with the HSE/site management/lean production/total quality management 五年以上机械加工生产现场管理经验,熟悉HSE/现场管理/精益生产/全面质量管理
