-Fixture and tooling design. Define the specification for the new tooling according to new products development schedule. Improve the current fixture and tooling according to the true needs.
-Sample Production. Drawing interpretation. Production arrangements: raw material preparation, capacity scheduling, operator arrangements. Result tracking
-Documents. Define and optimize the working process for coil production and follow up daily execution. Create the key parameter setting for the machine and follow up the daily execution during production.
-Process control and improvement. Standardize the process to get stable output. Continuously improve process to reach the department targe and improve efficiency by adapting new technology. Problem analysis and improve.
-Layout. Layout design and improve according to material flow and process flow.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
-University or above, majored on mechanic, electric engineering or related.
-More than 5 years working experience, 3 years related products and process experience.
-Technical basics, e.g. G&D, assemble and fitting, material, Pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, PLC…. Familiar with assembly line and automation.
-Lean awareness.
-Good at Microsoft, CAD, Solid works.
-English is mandatory. Fluent in working.
-Team spirit, e.g. team building, coordination, under pressure.
