工作描述:
1. Improve job descriptions for all positions, develop and maintain company recruitment and channels.
完善所有岗位的岗位职责描述,开拓及维护公司招聘渠道。
2. Recruit excellent talents according to the requirements of various departments of the company, and follow up the assessment.
根据公司各部门的需求招聘优秀的人才,并进行后续的考核跟踪持续。
3. Employee labour relations management, handle labour contract signing, termination, renewal, change, promotion and other related procedures
员工劳动关系管理,办理劳动合同签定、终止、续订、变更, 晋升等相关手续;
4. Organize and maintain a smooth onboarding process, plan and follow up on orientation training, counselling and coaching of staff
组织并维系顺利的入职流程,计划并跟踪入职培训、并向员工提供咨询和指导。
5. Make annual training plan and follow up the implementation of training plan
制定年度培训计划,跟进培训计划的执行
6. Handle social security, public accumulation fund management, base change, annual audit work
社保、公积金的办理、基数的变更、年审工作
7. Conclude and evaluate the performance appraisal system
绩效考核制度订立、考评
8. Check attendance, leave statistics and statistics of personnel reports
考勤审核、休假统计、各项人事报表的统计填报
9. Check and correctly calculate employees’ remuneration
薪资待遇的正确核算
10. Handle working permit, residence permit and other relevant certificates for foreign nationals in the company
为公司外籍人士办理就业证,居留许可等相关证件
11. Overseeing department processes and managing employees, identify and report to leadership the needs of employees
审查部门流程与管理员工,识别员工需求并汇报给上级领导。
12. Develop, maintain and support a company culture according leadership requirements
根据上级领导的要求,发展、维护和支持公司文化工作。
13. Organize the employee activities and other related matters, coordinate staff relations
员工活动的组织等相关事务,协调员工关系。
14. Responsible for the human resources related to the quality system
负责与质量体系相关的人力资源方面的工作。
15. Other related personnel work and assigned work by GM
其他相关人事工作和上级分配的工作。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree in human resources, working in human resources of foreign companies for more than five years
人力资源相关专业本科毕业,从事外企人力资源工作5年以上
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing
英语听说写熟练
3. Familiar with employee orientation, leaving, social security, accumulation fund and so on
熟悉员工入职、离职、社保、公积金等办理流程
4. Familiar with the computer and various office software
熟练操作计算机,熟练操作Excel、word、PPT等办公软件
5. Proficient in recruitment and hiring (familiar with all kinds of recruitment channels), training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, master good interview skills
精通招聘工作(熟悉各类招聘渠道)、对培训与员工发展、薪酬福利、员工关系等模块有良好的工作经验,并掌握良好的面试技巧。
6. Ability to express, communicate, organize, coordinate and manage time
