工作描述:
1. Be responsible for the reception, consultation, Q & A and guidance of new product launch customers in tmall store, and promote the placing of orders.
负责天猫店铺新品上线客户的接待、咨询、答疑、引导促成下单;
2. Be responsible for recommending appropriate products to customers in good faith on the basis of effectively understanding customers' needs according to the company's business capacity requirements.
负责按照公司的业务能力要求,在有效了解客户需求的基础上,真诚向客户推荐合适的产品;
3. Collect customer information, guide customers to add groups and maintain customers regularly; Be responsible for cooperating with store return visit, Dunning, scoring management, etc.
负责收集客户信息,引导客户加群,定期的客户维护;负责配合店铺回访、催款工作开展、评分管理等;
4. Be responsible for sorting and analyzing the commodity problems found in the transaction process (such as inconsistent description, baby off the shelf, etc.), and feed them back to the operation and the connection of the work of relevant departments.
负责整理和分析交易过程中发现的商品问题(如描述不符,宝贝下架等),将其反馈到运营及相关部门工作的衔接;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
完成领导交给的其他任务。

其他要求:
1、Technical secondary school and college degree or above.
中专及大专以上文凭。
2、The typing speed shall not be less than 60 words per minute.
打字速度不得低于60字每分钟。
3、Good at grasping customer psychology, enthusiastic communication, good temper, strong pressure resistance, able to accept night shift (night shift can be at home).
擅长把握顾客心理,热情沟通,脾气好,抗压能力强,能接受夜班(夜班可在家里上)。
4、Familiar with tmall rules, relevant customer service experience or e-commerce experience is preferred.
熟悉天猫规则、有相关客服经验或者电子商务工作经验优先。
5、Have strong language communication skills, communicate with customers and coordinate with the team.
有较强的语言沟通能力,与顾客沟通,与团队协调进行交流合作。
