Royal Ahrend APAC, formerly Gispen China has been operating in China since 2004. During recent years, the company has expanded rapidly on the Chinese and Asian market and has outlined an aggressive growth strategy for the next few years. 主要工作：Job Description 职位描述This position will work mostly in factory shop floor as assembly worker, to be responsible for assembly work, i.e phone booth, flex box, work stations. 这个职位主要在工厂车间，负责装配工作，如电话亭，小型办公室，工作桌等。 Main tasks include:主要工作内容1. Follow Assembly team leader’s assignment, to execute the assembly work in factory, and supposed to finish any assignment in time and with required quality and efficiency (or other drawing requirement). 服从组装组长的任务安排，在工厂执行日常组装工作，并且应该根据质量和效率要求(或图纸上的其他要求)及时完成任务。2. The role is intended for development of innovative industrial products. The products must be straightforward to produce according to our capabilities and fit our goals for design, function, ergonomics, environment, strength, safety, and cost. We are looking for a person with a pro-active personality, who can work independently and take initiative on proposing and implemention of solutions.Main tasks include:1. Lead and be responsible for the result of the new development project assigned to you.2. Understanding and clearing up requirements for the project, making the project plan including scope, budget and schedule.3. 4、采购工程师Sourcing Engineer   1人   薪资面议

主要工作：Job DescriptionBe responsible for review and execution of planned purchase orders to assure that operations have the materials needed on time and on budget. Develop sourcing strategies for assigned materials, and components. Responsible for overall supplier performance with respect to cost, quality, delivery, service, and innovation. Identifies optimum suppliers based on project needs taking in a global context. Prepares and evaluates supplier quotations and services to determine most competitive solution based upon total cost of ownership. Leads complex sourcing projects and supplier performance reviews. Main tasks include:- Develop sourcing strategies, carry out market test analysis and benchmarking studies for specific areas, and developing global Polestar supplier base strategically;- Daily purchasing activities with suppliers to ensure supplier performance to be well delivered;- Establish supplier bases for each area defining short & long term sourcing strategies, and aligning with the business;- Perform procurement according to defined strategies and frameworks and negotiate commercial and legal agreements;- Track key performance indicators on supplier and stakeholder contract compliance; define and take corrective actions to improve contracts compliance and continuously track supplier performance on quality and cost;- Coordinate cross functional teams within Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to secure the deliverable of project.- Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier audits with cross team.Qualifications- College degree with preference in engineering background; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic sourcing/purchasing, preferably in office furniture industry;- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages; Good understanding about cost structure, with fact based negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills;- Strong communication skills and fluent in English;- Positive and passionate, nothing is impossible mind-set, good team player;LocationOur APAC manufacturing HUB is located in Taicang close to Shanghai.
