工作描述:
1.Deal with the returned part from customer or service engineer.Judge the quality of the goods according to the service records in SIS system and the appearance of the goods
处理客户和工程师退回的备件,根据SIS服务报告以及外观对货物好坏程度进行判断
2.Find out the SAP record according to returned parts and input all information in SAP system, then make dicisition for the next step, for example returning to supplier/Scarping and so on..
根据退回备件找到相关的SAP记录,并将所有信息输入SAP系统,然后对下一步做出决定,比如退回供应商、报废等;
3.Confirm with supplier, and arrange return shipment after getting confirmation. Make sure all parts return to supplier in shortest time.
和供应商进行确认并安排退运货物。确保所有退件在最短的时间内退回供应商.
4.Check the credit from supplier, make sure we get all credit back.
检查供应商退款,确保拿到所有退款;
5.To take standby missions during weekend days when urgent spare parts demand from customers are met.
周末热线值班,当遇到客户紧急备件需求时需要处理;
6.Back up other logistic tasks, accept the adjustment to different position
支持其他物流任务,能接受不同岗位调整;
7.Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.
负责完成直属领导安排的其他的工作任务。

其他要求:
1.College degree or above 专科以上学历
2.logistics or related major 物流或相关专业
3.at least 3 years of relevant working experience. 至少3年以上相关工作经验
4.Logistics, especially warehousing; customer service & SAP knowledge
物流,特别是仓储,客户服务及SAP相关经验
5.Speaking and writing in English, CET 4/ 6 or equivalent level
6.英语听说读写,大学英语四六级或相等水平
7.Good communication skills and team spirit, Customer oriented, efficient, reliable and be able to work under pressure
