职位描述Job Description
- Handling employees on-boarding procedure; (Only for HO)办理员工入职手续;(仅限总部)
- Coordinate employee probationary evaluation; 协调员工试用期考评;;
- Personnel information management in EC system; 员工信息管理;
- Personnel archives and labor contract management; 档案及劳动合同管理;
- Temporary staffs & external employees’ information management; 临时工作人员及外部员工的信息管理;
- Responsible for employees’ contract renew 负责员工合同续签
- Responsible for engineer certification filing, etc. 工程师证书管理
- Provide Report if necessary 提供相应报告
- Handling employees off-boarding/exit procedure; 办理员工离职手续;
- Other works assigned by the line manager, eg: insurance management, apply Shanghai Hukou for employees, etc. 直线经理布置的其他任务,比如:社保管理,为员工申请上海户口等其他任务
要求Requiements
- College or Bachelor’s degree 大专或大学本科。
- HR related working experience 人力资源相关工作经验。
- Good planning, organizing, coordinating, control capability; 好的计划、组织、协调、控制等能力;
- Familiar with computer skills; 熟练使用计算机;
- Good interpersonal skill and team player; 良好的人际关系协调能力及团队合作能力
- Initiative and positive; 主动积极;
- Good command of oral and written English; 良好的英语口语及书写能力;
