工作描述:
Planning Function
· Research, gather and analyze the convening of the meetings and decision-making process.
· Facilitate and work closely with managers to ensure closure to projects and events.
· Compile and analyze statistics and manage specifically assigned projects.
· Handle confidential information as well as formulate systematic follow up procedures.
· Act as liaison between CEO’s office and other business units to resolve contractual and business issues.
Control Function
· Organize the recording, transmission and reporting of deliberations to the appropriate authorities.
· Organize a system of management reporting and keep management abreast of vital information about the business in the region.
· Track and report on the progress and status of projects, proposals and investments across the region.
· Draft resolutions and correspondence; maintain proper records and statutory registers.
· Handle confidential information as well as formulate systematic follow up procedures.
Supporting top management
· Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparation, writing and distribution of meeting minutes.
· Provide support within the decision making process or intervene in cases decisions which are not in line with certain regulations.
· Identify areas of improvements to the meeting procedures or organizational procedures.
· Pro-actively pursue and facilitate the implementation of decisions made.
· Focus on decisions preparation and projects, elaborate independently and objectively recommendations for the top management.
Qualification Requirements:
· At least bachelor degree in business management or engineering, prefer international education background;
· At least 3 years working experience in business assistant to senior manager or sales & marketing area;
· High level English skill in both speaking and writing
· Extensive knowledge of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, project management , Access database etc)
· Strong communication & writing/typing skills
· Strong interpersonal skills (internal/external customer service oriented)
· Discretion, good judgment and the ability to work independently are important and required for this job
· Organizational or management ability & initiative driven
· Very good business sense.
