工作描述:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting of Plansee Group standards and policies.
Perform hardware and software installations.
Answer staff questions on all company supported applications.
Troubleshoot user’s computer hardware and software problems.
Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Advise staff on appropriate action.
Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Operation of Ticketing (Helpdesk) system
Purchase new IT assets
Vendor and IT Asset management
Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide user training to new company staff.
IT Assets and licenses management based on Group Standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required characteristics:
Fluent Chinese and enough English for communication
High level of negotiation & communication skills
Ability to work in Multicultural Environment

Ability to solve and fix technical hardware/software problems - with strong character to support highly demanding users and knows what it takes to get the job done!
Capability of analytical thinking to analyze and solve problems in various IT related topics
Required technical skills
Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (WinXP/Win7/Windows 8.1/Win10), Windows client applications
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Extended knowledge in TCP/IP based networks
Knowledge about Local Area networks and Wide Area Networks
Advantageous skills
Knowledge of Windows Server Products in particular Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows 2016
SCCM, SCSM, Active Directory, Exchange Server etc.
Desktop and Server Virtualization (Microsoft & VMWare)
Cisco Networks basic knowledge
Knowledge of Network services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc.)
SAP
Additional:
Occasional overtime (including weekend) upon request
Be open for occasional domestic and international business trips
Advantageous working experience in a foreign company or a foreign country
Responsibilities:
Taicang Plant: IT Support on site
1 Services and helpdesk daily support
2 Manage and routine checking of IT server room
3 Manage existing IT fixed assets (PC, Network Device, Server, Printer, Scanning Gun etc.)
4 Work with head of IT to control plant IT budget, review the budget vs. actual monthly
5 The local user management: add, modify, disable, permissions
6 Deal with all the tickets in POB system
7 Improve the network management, system infrastructure
