负责办理员工入职、转岗、人员异动、离职、解聘等手续;
Responsible for employee recruitment, transfer, resignation procedures;
负责劳动合同等的签订及续签管理;
Responsible for the labor contract signing and renewing management;
协助部门执行公司各项人力资源规章制度;
Assist department to implement the company HR policy;
协助提交各类报表及台账管理;
Assist to submit all kinds of statements and ERP management;
考勤点检、管理及月度考勤汇总;
Responsible for attendance management and monthly attendance summary;
员工档案的管理;
Employee records management;
负责各类社会保险及商业险的申报及理赔;
Responsible for the application and claim settlements of social insurance and commercial insurance.
负责及时收集相关考勤、考核信息、数据,并进行汇总分析整理,去伪存真;
Collect and sort out the data and information of work attendance, performance assessment.
