工作描述:
1.Contract template management
1) Risk assessment
2) Provide template to functional department including but not limit to Sales/Purchasing/Service department.
3) Update and improve template according to the actual status of contract performance.
2.Contract review
1) Sales contract and purchase contract review
2) Terms: Communicate with functional department for relevant terms. Such as FI for payment term, service for service term.
3. Contract follow up
1) Follow contract signature. Such as identify if comments accepted both on line and final contract in paper.
2) Use contract management check list for 1st round review and 2nd round review.
3) Update and modify the check list according to actual situation and law.
4. Classification, recording, archiving, maintenance of the sales agreements and contracts, analysis of data.
Legal Support
1. Search for relevant law and regulations according to request of department head
2. Legal support and data base management
Compliance Support
1. Open tender support
2. Due diligence report of supplier and customer
3. Arrange and manage legal/compliance training internal and external
4. Draft training material
5. Anti-corruption activity management
