工作描述:
1. Answer phones at front desk and receive guests in lobby
2. Prepare menu, reserve special lunch, purchase kitchen stuff, arrange lunch for employees working at weekends.
3. Order business cards, notebook, papper bag, badge pouches, etc.
4. Purchase and distribute cleaning stuff.
5. Purchase and distribute working clothes and safety shoes for new employees, allocate keys and lockers to new employees.
6. Support Employee Activity Committee’s activities, e.g: registration for activities, taking care of library, celebrate employees’ birthday, etc.
7. Support other receptionists
8. Be responsible for all other tasks assigned by management team.
