工作描述:
1) Implement Sales and Marketing strategies from BU to profitably grow new business;
2) Conduct market analysis in target accounts, develop sales and G&I plans based on Voice Of The Customer;
3) Preparation and presentation of customer proposals and presentations;
4) Manage sales funnel throughout all stages from new opportunity identification to closing and win the order with new customers;
5) Collaborate with engineering to promote and support new products development and introduction;
6) Other designated accountabilities

Education background/Qualifications:
-Business or engineering degree required
Working experience:
1) Minimum 3+ years of automotive OEM experience, thorough understanding to HDT market (especially DFM);
2) At least 1 year in account management role, technical background is a plus;
3) Prior sales and/or product management experience and effective in large OEM negotiations preferred;
Skills:
1) Aggressive, positive, result driven, strong commitment and execution;
2) Strong sales and business presentation skills;
3) Team player, effective interpersonal and written communication skills;
4) Computer skill- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point);
5) Good in written and spoken English;
Other:
1) Able to travel frequently in China nationwide;
