工作描述:
Responsibility:
1Assists HR manager on implementing recruitment, performance assessment, training program. Answer incoming telephone calls, screens calls, and refers to proper manager for handling. Assists directly with routine inquiries.
2、Inputs staff information records and personnel documents, including job description, employee handbooks and employment letter.
3、Act as a hr coordinator between HR outsourced company and company
4、Maintains plant and office bulletin boards in an up-to-date and legal compliance manner
5、Maintains employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirement.
6、Counsels employees on benefit plan provisions
7、Administrative issues
8、Ad-hoc assignment from Human Resource
Requirement:
1.Familiar with PRC labor law
2.Preferably with Country Human Resource Certification related
3.With 2 or over 2 years working experience in Human Resource field
4.Good command of computer application, Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, etc
5.proficiency in spoken, reading, writing English
6.Enthusiasm
7.Initiative
